Digital products
Drum kits, sample packs and beats are digital products delivered immediately. By buying, you agree that the download is available straight away and you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, as allowed by article L221-28 of the French consumer code.
No refund is therefore due once the file has been downloaded.
When we help anyway
Corrupted file, dead download link, payment taken twice, content that does not match the description: write to us and we fix it, with a new link or a refund. There is no point keeping an unhappy customer.
Exclusive licenses
An exclusive license removes the beat from the catalogue and cannot be cancelled once granted. If you are unsure, ask first: every question gets an answer.
How to ask
Write to the address on the contact page with your Gumroad order number and what went wrong. Answer within [to be completed] working days.
